BYU just pulled off one of the biggest wins in program history. Now Utah gets its own chance to rise to the occasion on the national stage. Jeremiah Jensen, Sam Farnsworth and Stevenson "Sly" Sylvester are live from Flanker at The Gateway to break down BYU's win over Notre Dame. They cover Bear Bachmeier's push into the Heisman race, Preston Rex stepping up without LJ Martin, and a BYU defense that went toe-to-toe with one of the best offenses in the country. They also look at what the win and its 12.3 million peak viewers mean for the Big 12's College Football Playoff hopes, and whether the Cougars could have a hangover at UCF. On the Utah side, the Utes are 6-0 but escaped Colorado in a game they should have won easily. The crew digs into a third-quarter slump that's now four games long, a pass rush with just one sack in three games, and what's at stake when No. 14 Houston and Conner Weigman come to Rice-Eccles on Saturday night. They wrap up by debating the coming 24-team playoff and what it could mean for the Big 12. ⏱️ Chapters 0:00 Welcome to Front Row at Flanker 0:50 BYU's historic win over Notre Dame 4:18 What we learned about Bear Bachmeier 5:05 Bachmeier's place in the Heisman race 6:20 Preston Rex steps up, and what went wrong 7:13 BYU's defense deserves more credit 9:42 The exposure: 12.3M viewers and the Big 12 playoff picture 11:51 Could BYU have a hangover at UCF? 14:08 Utah escapes Colorado at 6-0 18:15 Utah's third-quarter trend 20:28 Where's the pass rush?
